Customs Broker “INTERCOMEX S.A.”, was created in 2003, as an auxiliary of the customs public function, prior compliance with a series of legal and technical requirements such as: legal capacity, financial capacity, experience and continuous training controls to its staff on international trade and the laws that govern it, import tariffs, export, international logistics and other topics related to our daily work.
Since its creation, INTERCOMEX S.A. has offered efficient services to the international trade in general, counting with the experience aquired by the first Customs Broker in Santa Cruz – Bolivia, WLOBANDO and later LA INTERNACIONAL LTDA., being more than 46 years that support our experience. As part of our history it is important to highlight that we provided services for pioneer companies in Bolivia such as: BOLIVIAN GULF OIL COMPANY, WILLIAMS BROTHERS CO., PARKER DRILLING, SCHLUMBERGER SURENCO, HALLIBURTON, MAXUS BOLIVIA, ANDINA S.A., REPSOL, WILLBROS TRANSANDINA S.A., TESORO BOLIVIA CO., among others.
It is registered as a Customs Broker in the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, National and Regional Chamber of Customs Brokers.
Our processes are aligned to meet the quality standards of ISO 9001:2015 and under the security criteria of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program of National Customs.
In its decision-making level formed by a General Management, two operational departments and an accounting department that make up the technical and administrative staff, has economic solvency, which has allowed to become a solid economic-financial tradition in our environment, currently has its own facilities with all the amenities and requirements for the proper functioning of the company, we are located in the street Arenales N°1226 in the city of Santa Cruz – Bolivia.
To provide foreign trade consulting and efficient, secure, and reliable customs clearance services that facilitate international trade, ensuring regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and the well-being of our employees. We are committed to continuously improving our processesand protecting the integrity of the international logistics chain, contributing to the country’s ecomomic development.

The Customs Brokerage Aagency INTERCOMEX S.A., in its commitment to providing quality services, complying with high standards of management, clearance security, and occupational safety, assumes the responsability of maintaining its processes aligned whit the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Program of the National Customs, and technical regulation NTS-009/23.
Through this policy, we express our commitment to:

- To work together with the Health, Occupational Safety, and Well-being Coordinator to preserve the occupational health and safety of the company’s employees by adopting measures to protect the life and physical and mental integrity of all our employees in their workplces.
